In 2024 Del Mar Little League had four All Star teams (10s, 11s, 12s, and 13s) participating in District 31 Tournaments.

District 31 Boundaries extend from Del Mar up to Encinitas and then go East all the way to Valley Center. The following League's are within District 31:
4S Ranch, Carmel Mountain Ranch, Del Mar, Encinitas, Encinitas National, Escondido American, Escondido National, Poway American, Poway National, Rancho Bernardo, Rancho Santa Fe, Solana Beach, and Valley Center
